In 2022 I completed my MA in Anthropology of Food from The School of Oriental and African Studies, where I used ethnographic methods to explore the ideological and systemic barriers to school food reform in England.
Since joining LSHTM in 2022 I conducted fieldwork and analysed qualitative data for the MRC evaluation of takeaway 'exclusion zones' around schools in England.
As part of the ESRC-funded SALIENT project, I am currently co-leading multiple process evaluations of food system interventions to encourage healthier and more sustainable food behaviours.
