I am a health economist currently working with the MRC/UVRI & LSHTM Uganda research unit on a randomized control trial that seeks to evaluate whether a menstrual health intervention (MENISCUS) improves educational attainment and reduces mental health symptoms among secondary school girls in Uganda. My previous work includes costing of routine child immunization activities in Uganda, costing of national health strategic plans, resource tracking for health programmes, evaluation of health programmes and health policy research. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Economics degree from Makerere University and a masters in public health from Nottingham Trent University.
