Teaching
I am involved in teaching on the Distance Learning epidemiology module EPM102 (statistics for epidemiology), and the clinical trial modules CTM202 (Trial designs) and CTM206 (Data management and interim analysis). I am currently a Deputy Module Organizer for CTM 206. In this role I moderate online distance learning forum, undertake supervision of MSc students and marking research projects. I also participate in teaching the short course on introduction to research methods course held in Mwanza, Tanzania.
Research
I am intrested in trials of public health interventions and in particular evaluation of these interventions using cluster randomised trials.
